The entry should comprise of three sections: Executive Summary, Main Entry and Supporting Documentation.
The first section of the entry is a 300-word description in bullet form summarizing the key points of the entry. This is important as it will help in providing an overview to the judging panel for a better understanding of the entry.
The main entry must provide a description of how the nominee has improved corporate governance practices in amongst others, areas such as the following: governance leadership, innovation, climate governance, sustainability, fulfilling regulatory obligations and advising the Board on new legislation and regulations, , shareholders’ communication or coordination of governance, compliance, ethics, and risk management processes across the entire corporation.
The entry should identify the area of governance and must address the following fields:
The description should be succinct and to the point and should cover the salient points related to the selected category. It must not be in more than 300 words in each field, as a very long write-up may make it difficult for the selection team and the judging panel to review.
Special consideration will be given to individuals who have not only enhanced company secretaryship and governance in their own organizations but whose contributions will be able to either have an impact beyond their organisation or can be applied across an international platform.
These should be provided separately, preferably in brief, to support the entry. These may include videos/Avs, pictures, screenshots etc.
