The CSIA
WOMEN EMPOWERMENT MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME
The CSIA Women Empowerment Mentorship Programme (WEP) was launched on International Women’s Day as a dedicated initiative to support, uplift, and guide aspiring women in the governance and corporate secretarial profession. Rooted in CSIA’s commitment to strengthening leadership capacity and fostering excellence in governance, WEP creates a meaningful platform where emerging female professionals can learn directly from some of the most accomplished and respected voices in our global community.
Through shared experiences, mentorship, and thought leadership, the programme aims to break barriers, champion gender balance, and equip future leaders with the skills, confidence, and networks they need to thrive in the evolving governance landscape.
