I am a Corporate, Commercial Lawyer with robust experience in Business Advisory Services, Company Secretarial Services, Corporate Governance, Compliance and Contract Drafting. I am also a Chartered Secretary with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). I am a resourceful individual with the ability to deliver exceptional work under strict deadlines. I have leadership skills with the ability to drive innovative change and business development within organizations. I drafted the Compliance Matrix for an Insurance Company to guide it in its regulatory compliance. I provided company secretarial and other advisory services to a leading British Curriculum Private Secondary School in South West Nigeria and an emerging Microlending Financial Institution based in Nigeria to mention a few. I optimized corporate registration procedures for both new and existing legal entities, managed intricate filings at the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and sector specific regulatory authorities reinforcing a culture of compliance and sound governance. I skillfully drafted and reviewed Notices, Proxy Forms, Resolutions, Minutes of Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and Annual General Meetings, ensuring meticulous documentation of decisions. I managed corporate governance compliance by overseeing the filing of Annual Returns and executing various company secretarial duties. I masterfully crafted, reviewed, and negotiated a diverse array of Commercial Agreements, including Service Level Agreements, Supply Agreements, Memoranda of Understanding, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Combined Insurance Policies, Overdraft Facility Agreements, Employment Agreements, and Consultant Agreements, amongst others. I am an alumna of Queen’s College, Lagos, and hold a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Ibadan.
