I am a Senior Company Secretary/ Governance Professional with 37 years of vast knowledge/ experience, having worked independently as first Company Secretary of India’s two big listed Corporates/ Financial Institutions, viz., IDBI Bank Limited and Life Insurance Corporation of India for around 23 years in senior grades of Chief General Manager and Executive Director respectively.
