Hi this is Firdaus, currently working as Senior Manager /Company Secretary for Maybank Investment Bank Berhad. Cumulatively, i had past working experience as company secretary for the past 24 years with many organizations including Investment banks, Islamic Banks and public listed companies in Malaysia. I am an associate of ICSA (in Malaysia) . During my years of working experience, i had exposures in various corporate exercises including drafting of constitution and amendments to constitution, Board and committees’ meetings management, governance projects such as board remuneration review, board evaluation exercise, matters related to regulatory compliance and filing, cross border companies act and corporate governance requirements. In my current job scope, i do provide advisory services on governance and corporate secretarial matters for my team located in various countries such as Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, India, Hong Kong , Indonesia and UK.
