Our Honorary members for 2022

The CSIA Council met on 6 and 7 September for the strategic planning for 2022 and to host the Annual Council meeting for 2021. Following the launch of the Corporate Associate Programme (CAP) in August, the focus will be on building the network of corporates and providing relevant and material information to organisations to inform their decision and policymaking. At this pivotal moment in governance, effective governance leadership has become integral to the ability of organisations to navigate the complexities created by events that threaten the sustainability of their organisations. The CSIA Council also elected the Honorary Officers for 2022 and is delighted to announce the leadership team that will be taking CSIA into the next decade:  Mr Bode Ayeku, President of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) as the CSIA President, while CS Nagendra Rao, President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will be taking office as the Vice-President of CSIA. Ms Siew Chuan Chua, Past President of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) was elected as Secretary while Ms Karyn Southgate, CSIA Past President will continue her role as Treasurer in 2022.
