About ICSA
Established in 2008, the Indonesian Corporate Secretary Association (ICSA) is a premier organization dedicated to enhancing the professionalism of Corporate Secretaries in Indonesia. Our mission is to promote good corporate governance through knowledge development, skill enhancement, and facilitating information exchange and communication among Corporate Secretaries, regulators, and stakeholders. ICSA positions itself as a strategic partner of OJK, IDX, KSEI, KPEI and other professional associations in the capital markets to promote good corporate governance in Indonesia.
In 2010, ICSA became an affiliate member of the Corporate Secretaries International Association (CSIA), a global federation of professional bodies promoting best practices in corporate governance, compliance, and secretarial advisory services. Recognized by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) as the global voice of corporate secretaries and governance professionals, CSIA’s representatives participate in OECD corporate governance roundtables
