Every small step towards a change starts with a new thought which stems from the continuous and rigorous stimulation received from external and internal environment of an organisation.

ICSI in association with Corporate Secretaries International Association (CSIA) organised a three days Corporate Secretary’s Tool Kit Training of Trainers (TOT) program on January 14-16, 2019 at New Delhi, India which is a joint project of CSIA and International Finance Corporation (IFC). It aims to promote the culture of good governance through the collaboration of leading st stakeholders of the related community. During the program active interaction of participants with the faculties was continuously encouraged with the application of innovative training methods such as experiential learning, case based discussions, team-building, and simulation exercises.

The course was attended by senior professionals from the industry holding responsible positions at the top management level and delivered by well renowned international trainers.
The facilitators for the program were Ms. Brenda Bowman, international trainer and expert in Adult Learning and Catherine Musakali, Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
