About IBGC
Founded on November 27, 1995, the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC), a civil society organization, is the main reference in Brazil and one of the main ones in the world in corporate governance.
The IBGC is considered a think tank on corporate governance, a collaborative network of ideas dedicated to exploring important topics and questions about governance that positively impact society.
Also, the institute is part of the network of Institutos de Gobierno Corporativo de Latino America (IGCLA) and the Global Network of Director Institutes (GNDI). To add, IBGC is Chapter Zero Brazil, the Brazilian chapter of the Climate Governance Initiative, the CGI, linked to the World Economic Forum.

Goals
Generate and disseminate knowledge in corporate governance and influence the most diverse agents in the adoption of best practices, contributing to the sustainable performance of organizations and, consequently, to a better society.
